The Ayodhya Tales shawl is inspired from the unshakeable devotion of Sita, from the selfless service of Lakshmana, from Hanuman's bhakti and the humility and strength of character of Lord Ram. The making of this Kalamkari shawl took over 6000 working hours and the dedication and perseverance of 10 skilled artisans. 

Incorporating details like the Ishkvakul sundial, the iconic gates of Ayodhya nagri, the Kanak Mahal etc, this shawl was made with meticulous attention to detail which required weeks of research and planning. 

Pashmina is a fabric which has a rich history of over 400 years of weaving and it was our honour to create a small part of the magnificence of Ramayana on this luxurious fabric.
