ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our site. We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you. 

SALE

No Discounts on MADE TO ORDER Category: Please be advised that no discounts will be applicable on the MADE TO ORDER category, even if the brand is offering discounts during seasonal sales or promotions. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our custom-made products.

Right To Sell: As a brand, we reserve the "Right To Sell" at the prices and terms that we deem appropriate. This includes the ability to control pricing, promotions, and the availability of discounts across our product range.

SIZING

Our products have some standard sizes, which we like to follow across all our products. For furtner information alwasy refere to the size given as measure in inches below product information.

COLORS

While we have made every effort to display the colors of the products that appear on the site as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual products. You may reach out to us for any clarification and selection.

DELIVERY

Ready-To Ship products will be delivered in 2-3 working days and products on Made-To-Order will be delivered in 30 - 60 days depending on the product ordered. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us on +91 9711634878. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

1. Complete payment

2. Incorrect/inaccurate address details

3. No response from the customer

Please note that we try our best to ensure that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping in India under Rs. 10000, including within India as well as International, will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. However, standard rates are as below:

1. Shipping charge Rs.200/kg for an order below Rs. 10,000 sum. 

2. All orders above Rs. 10,000 will be shipped free of cost for parcel weight below 5 Kgs.  

3. All International couriers to bear an amount of Rs. 4100/- per Kg irrespective of the weight. This is usually adjusted if the parcel value is above Rs. 25,000 sum.

PACKAGING

We promote minimum packaging for zero waste output to the environment. Most of are packaging material is environmentally friendly and is designed to increase the shelf life of the product. We are pleased to offer Shaza premium packaging for orders with a order value of ₹25,000 or more. For orders below this amount, your items will be carefully packed in a Shaza dust bag, or Shaza small boxes subject to availability.

T&C FOR FLAT 10%.

1. Only applicable to orders in India above 1999 INR.
2. Delivery Charges are additional as actual.
3. Not applicable on custom or made to order pices.
4. For international orders, only applicable once.
