SHIPPING

The shipping charges for all shipping, including within India as well as International, will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry. Standard Shipping is charged 200 per kg per order if the order invoice value is less than Rs. 10,000 sum.All international Orders are charged Rs. 4100 per kg irresepctive of the order Value

RETURNS

Our accessories are handcrafted and manufactured with slow techniques to ensure premium quality. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of a unforeseen defect, we will accept to exchange the same product or a similar within 7 days of the purchase only. Please feel free to write to support@shaza.life with subject as  "ORDER ID for Exchange" and we will be happy to assist you. Alternatively please call us at +91 8800528733 for any immediate assistance. Incase of unavailability of the same product, we will assist you with the most convenient alternative. 

In case of an order from the Ready-To-Ship category, exchange will be considered only in case of damage to the product and the decision of taking back an order will be at our discretion. We will exchange the product within 7 days of your purchase. Please contact us with a product video or photos.

NOTE: Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances. 

TAXES & DUTIES

The product prices displayed are at Maximum Retail Price (MRP). In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Once an international order is placed and thr tracking ID is shared, the custom and import duty shall be borne solely by the customer. We make sure that the custom duty is appropriate to an order. Further clarification can be availed by a Shaza customer representative between MON-SAT 11am-6pm IST.
