Exchange Policy
We have a 10-day exchange policy, from the date you have received an order. We accept exchange only if: 1) there is a quality issue with the product, 2) the colour ordered is not the same as received, 3) you changed your mind about the product and want to exchange with a same price or higher priced item. 4) If the wrong item has been sent to you.
To make an exchange, you must abide by the below information.
1)The received item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2)You must mail us with a date and item photo on the following email address: support@shaza.life. The mail must also mention a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.
3) Once we have received your request, if accepted we shall inspect your product and let you know if you will be exchanged or refunded (in case of Out of stock). You shall receive a call or update with us which will help you with thai request.
We do not have a refund or return policy.
