We provide free shipping pan India. We have third party delivery partners to handle your order in the best possible way for safe & fast delivery.


Shipping Within India- We provide free shipping on all orders.Standard delivery duration applies.


Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India: We provide delivery outside India at a nominate rate depending upon the country of origin. Please contact orders@shaza.life with subject reading COUNTRY I ORDER I PRODUCT CODE and we shall help  you with any information.


A minimum fee of 5k per order will be charged irrespective of courier size for international orders and custom clearances.


We do not offer CASH ON DELIVERY for any order. All orders must be pre- paid and confirmed.


Product Dispatch within Pan India- Once you have placed an order, our standard delivery period applies; mentioned at each product page.

Generally a minimum of 3-5 business days is required to dispatch and deliver your product. Any unforeseen event, force majeure event at the logistics provider’s end may some time cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our Customer Service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest. For personalised /customised orders:  Once you have requested to place a personalized order, you will be guided to fill a form. After receiving the information, we will be connecting with you shortly to gather more details. Each product has its own designing time which is mentioned on its page. Any customised order from a stole to a shawl can take 5 days to 2.5 months in time depending on the order placed. If the order is urgent, you are requested to connect with us on our phone numbers. Please note all orders of customization are pre-paid in full as a dedicated team starts working on the order as soon as its processed.
